Each year, the doctors here at Smedley Orthodontics attend the Schulman Study group. The Schulman Study Group is a group of 125 orthodontics practices that are the top 1 percent in the country for orthodontic practices. This year’s conference took place in the Cayman Islands.
Something that was very exciting for us this year was that our very own Dr. Larry, Dr. Chris, and Dr. Kendra presented a two hour lecture to those in attendance! Each year two orthodontic practices are nominated to speak and this year we had that honor!
In addition to their lecture, the doctors learned about the advances in Invisalign and methods of faster treatment. They also learned about the changes in government regulations. The conference also provided an excellent opportunity to network and learn about some best practices from some of the best practices and doctors in the country!
It wasn’t strictly business for the doctors! They were able to take a little bit of time to relax, enjoy some great meals, bask in the sunshine, and explore the famous Stingray City!
Everyone is very excited about the excellent information they came back with that will help us provide the best possible patient care!
